Our hike begins at AIC Kijabe Hospital, where we journey through lush forest to explore ancient caves and hot springs. We then visit a unique man-made underground tunnel stretching over 1 kilometer—completely dark. If you're feeling brave, you can attempt to reach the end, but it's optional. Next, we ascend to the three Kijabe Hills, reaching a peak elevation of 2,688 meters, offering breathtaking views of the Rift Valley, with the iconic Mt. Longonot visible nearby. Our trek concludes as we descend toward the Nairobi-Nakuru Highway, exiting at Soko Mjinga, where we'll catch our transfer back to Nairobi.
